    Mistral comes from Flanders and is only grown in eastern France. It is a cross between cathcart as the female parent and the French stone hammer as the male parent.


    Mistral aroma is mainly melon and passion fruit, thanks to the high concentration of farnene content, the finished wine will present an outstanding rose and lychee aroma.


    Mistral is suitable for brewing Belgian style IPA, amber, American pale wormwood, barley wine, northern French style lager, Sai Song, refreshing bock, bitter and so on. P.. Mistral is a strong, cold, dry northwest wind blowing from the south of France. It occurs most often in winter and spring.


    From the Rhone Valley, the Languedoc, The Lucillon, provence to the Mediterranean, the wind has brought dryness and low temperatures that have had a huge impact on the growth of French grapes.
