    Flax yellow beer flower

Developed by Virgil Gamache's farm, the new species is naturally pollinated (or mutated) by hop flowers. The bitter taste of ephedra is excellent and the formic acid content is between 8.0 and 11.0%. Generally described as the special Cathcart, it has intense floral, tropical fruit and citrus aromas, with a hint of sweetness and citric acid that adds fullness to the wine's body. It is widely used in American pale ale and IPA brewing.

Classic match: The fragrance of the flaxseed is sweet, and the dry match is suitable for the use of hops with strong grapefruit flavor, such as Comet, which can make the fruity fragrance of the flaxseed more prominent. Casuarina and Simco 1:1 dry, classic tropical fruit and pine notes: Casuarina and Century 1:1 dry, classic tropical fruit, lemon, grapefruit and mango notes; A 1:1:1 dry blend of hedra and Shih and Simco with intense citrus, fruit and pine aromas. Comets can also play simco's role.

Flhedra is a hop that depends very much on cold chain transportation. Transportation at room temperature will cause irreversible damage to the aroma.
